It's hard to deny a restaurant from powerhouse restaurateurs Chef Mario Batali and Winemaker Joseph Bastianich. With B & B Ristorante, centrally located between the Venetian and Palazzo (on the Venetian side,) Batali and Bastianich offers Italian cuisine and wines that "captures the soul of an Italian grandmother dancing the tango with pop rock hipsters."
Cuisine includes everything from flavor-packed beef cheek ravioli and black truffles to something simple like grilled sea bass with summer squash. Try the grilled octopus with a light Limoncello vinaigrette or the lamb ribs with a tri-color salad and Pecorino cheese. There is a large selection of pastas like bucatini with hot peppers or orecchiette with sausage and rapini. If you're feeling adventurous, try the bone marrow ravioli with osso bucco ragu sauce or the lamb's brain "francoboli" --served with lemon and sage.
In addition to the regular dinner menu, B & B Ristorante offers a quick pre-theater menu, which features three courses.
