Chef Mario Batali and business partner/winemaker Joseph Bastianich have brought their high-profile, award-winning Italian cuisine to The Venetian. B&B Ristorante features a blend of upscale Italian food in an ambiance of casual elegance that "captures the soul of an Italian grandmother dancing the tango with pop rock hipsters."

Appetizers range from the familiar vegetable fritto misto and steamed clams to the adventurous grilled octopus with "BorlottiMarinati" and spicy limoncello vinaigrette and three goat cheese truffles with peperonata. Specialties include inventive entrees like mint love letters with spicy lamb sausage or whole-grilled branzino with fennel, gaeta olives and lemon oregano jam.
