Japonais, a stunning Japanese-inspired eatery, is a feast for the eyes and the palate.

In an ornate, striking setting designed by internationally renowned designer Jeffrey Beers, chefs Jun Ichikawa and Gene Kato bring a wide array of artful sushi, sashimi, appetizers and entrees to the Mirage.

House specialties include Crispy Shrimp and Salmon roll, spicy chicken robata with shiso buds, and "The Rock" – thinly sliced marinated New York strip steak cooked on a hot rock in a dramatic, on-the-table presentation.
