The Bellini Brunch features an array of seafood delights including shrimp cocktail, seafood cioppino, snow crab legs with whole grain mustard sauce and smoked salmon with cream cheese. Also on the menu is assorted sushi with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy, juniper-maple smoked salmon, black bean clams, red curried shrimp, stuffed crab, steamed crab legs with drawn butter and shrimp scampi. The brunch also offers three different frittatas - spinach-ham and feta, roast vegetable with asiago cheese and basil and shrimp, bacon and asparagus. Other decadent delights include grilled lamb chops with rosemary, roasted garlic and apple-balsamic glaze, roasted turkey with apple-sausage stuffing, citrus rotisserie chicken, Montreal rub crusted prime rib of beef, honey glazed ham, eggs Benedict, black pepper beef, chicken marsala and Caesar salad. For the sweet tooth, Seasons' Bellini brunch offers assorted Italian pastries, cookies, pies, cakes and chocolate dipped strawberries. The Bellini Brunch is only offered through the summer.
