Seasons Buffet Review:

From the beautiful, trickling water fountain in the entranceway to the restaurant's stunning fire and water décor, Seasons is more than just another buffet. In addition to the exciting atmosphere, the buffet features six live stations with an array of all-you-can eat cuisine. From down-home favorites like tender turkey slices, potatoes and barbecue ribs to crab legs, popcorn shrimp and hush puppies, each dish has its own distinctive taste. There's even a hand-scooped gelato station featuring flavors like pistachio, strawberry, cappuccino and much more.

The buffet also features several theme nights. Thursday night you can get your hula on at the Polynesian buffet. Friday night enjoy the best of both worlds at the surf-n-turf buffet and Saturday, grab your lassos and head to the cowboy BBQ buffet.

The Bellini Brunch features an array of seafood delights including shrimp cocktail, seafood cioppino, snow crab legs with whole grain mustard sauce and smoked salmon with cream cheese.  Also on the menu is assorted sushi with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy, juniper-maple smoked salmon, black bean clams, red curried shrimp, stuffed crab, steamed crab legs with drawn butter and shrimp scampi. The brunch also offers three different frittatas - spinach-ham and feta, roast vegetable with asiago cheese and basil and shrimp, bacon and asparagus. Other decadent delights include grilled lamb chops with rosemary, roasted garlic and apple-balsamic glaze, roasted turkey with apple-sausage stuffing, citrus rotisserie chicken, Montreal rub crusted prime rib of beef, honey glazed ham, eggs Benedict, black pepper beef, chicken marsala and Caesar salad. For the sweet tooth, Seasons' Bellini brunch offers assorted Italian pastries, cookies, pies, cakes and chocolate dipped strawberries. The Bellini Brunch is only offered through the summer.
