The Auld Dubliner offers diners and beer aficionados a huge range of traditional Irish food, whiskey and Irish beer in a comfortable setting with "Made in Ireland" decor.
Owner David Copley takes his Irish pubs very seriously. The Ireland-born businessman wanted to stay true to an authentic Irish bar and restaurant. The pub's designs, including the bar, tables and wall fixtures are all imported from Ireland. Copley opened the first Auld Dubliner in Long Beach, Calif. Many visitors felt like the pub was a second home. Now, diners in Las Vegas can have a little taste of Ireland at the MonteLago Village.
Savor real Irish food, including many recipes from the owner's "Mum." Appetizers include Dubliner sausage rolls, curry chips and sizzling hot wings tossed in a homemade spicy sauce. Potato pancake dishes along with traditional Irish fare like shepherd's pie and bangers & champ all make excellent dinner choices. Health-conscious eaters can still experience the Ireland-inspired atmosphere and order a turkey or veggie burger.
Make sure to gather up the lads and enjoy Emerald-Isle-style entertainment and sip on the finest imported Irish draught beer.
