Hank's Fine Steak & Martinis offers specialties like steak Chateaubriand (one of the most tender pieces of meat on the planet); fresh 32-ounce Western Australian lobster served with a lemon buerre blanc; and freshly made ice cream. For starters, the impressive seafood jumbo jackpot contains a variety of shellfish. If seafood is not your thing, try the Tomahawk chop for two -- a 45-ounce bone-in ribeye. Diners can also sip on a martinis like the appletini, chocotini, melon or Vegas vanilla in the expansive bar area. Here you will also find a grand piano with its own wrap-around marble-topped bar. The restaurant's decor includes handcrafted crystal chandeliers floating above leather booths in a metropolitan, yet intimate setting. Named after Las Vegas icon Hank Greenspun, Hank's has three dining areas that seat a total of 176 guests. A private dining room can host parties of up to 24 guests. -- Staff Report
