Mizuya offers fresh Japanese fusion cuisine and sake inside Mandalay Bay.
The restaurant, meaning "house of water" in Japanese, offers guests fresh seafood like scallop ceviche and mini fish tacos. The fresh sushi selection includes specialty rolls filled with ingredients like cucumber, salmon and avocado topped with a creamy ponzu sauce.
A selection of sake includes a refreshing and fruity blueberry-infused sake. Sake cocktails and mixed drink cocktails are also served.
