The American nouveau-style cuisine features appetizers like lobster baked clams with garlic brioche, Dungeness crab ravioli and a chilled shellfish platter.

Entrées include poached wild salmon, potato crusted Dover sole, 35-day aged prime rib, and traditional surf and turf, with your choice of surf options.

There is also a seasonal market vegetarian menu with items like herb cavatelli, grilled asparagus salad, and a gruyere soufflé.
