Red 8 Asian Bistro Review:

If you're having trouble deciding where to go for dinner, Red 8 might be the answer. The Asian restaurant features Southeast Asian and Cantonese cuisine with influences from Malayasia, Thailand and Indonesia. This exotic blend of flavors is thanks to Executive Chef Hisham Johari, who grew up in Malaysia and previously served as top chef at Noodles at the Bellagio.

Red 8's signature dishes are roast duck and barbecued pork combo; sweet potato porridge with sage; and Mandarin beef stew.
