Daniel Boulud Brasserie

Daniel Boulud Brasserie has a prime location with an outdoor patio overlooking the Lake of Dreams. While enjoying the lakeside view, guests can feast on Boulud’s modern French cuisine.

The restaurant serves everything from traditional French charcuterie platters to the original New York DB Burger. The huge hamburger is stuffed with braised short ribs, foie gras and inserted into a black truffle parmesan bun and served with pommes frites.

A few highlights include the pumpkin soup with huckleberry, gingerbread and spiced Chantilly cream. A peekytoe crab salad is delicious and crisp, served with celery root remoulade.

An assortment of steaks are available for entrées, as is coq au vin, and a crispy duck confit, with foie gras croutons, braised cabbage and quince.
