Café Bleu Review:
Café Bleu is the fine dining restaurant at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas. The menu features international cuisine with an emphasis on American, French and Italian dishes. Lunch menu is à la carte with entrées averaging $11. Five-course dinner is $35 ($55 with wine pairing).
In addition to an extensive culinary education, Le Cordon Bleu offers its students an externship at one of Vegas' leading restaurants, including Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace. Ogden and two dozen other chefs serve on Le Cordon Bleu's advisory board, weighing in on the school's curriculum.
