The Capital Grille Review:
The Capital Grille serves tender, hand-cut beef selections that have been dry-aged on the premises. The Capital Grille wine list features more than 900 selections, including 24 sold by the glass. In addition, diners can sit at the restaurant's bar area for cocktails, appetizers or a casual dinner. Appetizers include classic caviar, lobster and crab cakes and oysters on the half shell. In addition to the steak selections, The Capital Grille also offers entrées such as split roasted chicken and grilled swordfish jardinière. Diners can conclude their meal with one of the delectable desserts such as chocolate hazelnut cake or crème brûlée.
