BOA Steakhouse certainly delivers steak with style. BOA mixes classic and modern influences throughout the restaurant. Scenic views of the Strip, driftwood trees, and large vibrant red and pink light boxes set the mood for your meal.
Enjoy truffled nachos, which are crispy potato chips with melted truffle cheese. Flavorful crispy artichoke and tender calamari pieces are served in the fritto misto platter.
Starters include goat cheese baklava -- creamy goat cheese between flaky pastry and topped with pistachios and black truffle. Other appetizers include lobster caviar Balboa, prime steak tartar, chilled prawn cocktail and blue fin tuna carpaccio. Escargot with “lots of garlic” and seared Hudson Valley foie gras are other classic favorites.
Salads include classic steakhouse favorites like tableside Caesar, BOA chop chop and and the wedge.
Various cuts of beef like 40-day dry aged New York Strip, filet, and porterhouse can stand alone. But if you’re looking for a little something extra, try one of BOA’s signature rubs, crusts or sauces such as peppercorn, blue cheese foie gras butter, béarnaise, chimichurri or creamy horseradish sauce.
Sides include creamed spinach, bamboo steamed vegetables and a selection of potato toppings, either mashed or baked. Truffled mac-n-cheese, potato gratin, and truffled cheese fries are also good options.
Desserts include a peanut butter tower stacked with two chocolate cups and peanut butter mousse and grown-up s’mores cake with ice cream.
One highlight is Mixologist Eric Smith. Smith is passionate about his cocktails and creates deliciously brilliant drinks using fresh fruit juices and spices. Cocktails like the Blackberry Smash and the signature BOA 405 with 42 Below Vodka, strawberries, lemon sour, balsamic vinegar and cracked pepper are smooth and fruity.
BOA Steakhouse also has a $1,000 cocktail extravaganza, The King Richard's Pride. Served in a Baccarat "Equinoxe" cocktail glass, the libation consists of two ounces of Hennessy Richard, one-quarter ounce of Dom Perignon Rose 1996, one-half ounce of Chambord Liqueur Royale De France, blended together with the juice of half a lime, one muddled orange slice and a splash of cranberry juice.
Dine al fresco on BOA’s upstairs patio. BOA’s downstairs patio is reserved for private parties and events. Both patios have breathtaking views overlooking the Strip.
The nice thing about BOA Steakhouse is that it’s classic steakhouse fare without being pretentious or obnoxiously overdone. Waiters are friendly and ready to make suggestions if you need help planning your meal. Whether you're coming in after a long day of shopping or dressed for an evening out, BOA Steakhouse can accommodate accordingly. BOA is especially popular for bachelor parties and a great place for a guys night out.
BOA delivers quality food with great service and a terrific ambient setting. As George and Ira (Gershwin) would say, “who could ask for anything more?"
BOA Steakhouse in The Forum Shops at Caesars has definitely found their (Las Vegas) rhythm.
BOA Steakhouse is the 2006 Epicurean winner for Best New Restaurant on the Strip and Best Cocktails.
BOA Steakhouse was named Best Cocktail restaurant in Las Vegas Life magazine's 2007 Epicurean Awards.
