Todd's Unique Dining

Todd's is unique in the sense that it is an individual restaurant taking on the big chains, and at least so far, getting the better of them. Todd is Todd Clore, a chef who serves eclectic dishes such as goat-cheese wontons, steamed mussels in a saffron-cream broth and maple-roasted wild king salmon. For dessert, he does a mean chocolate cake made with flour, a beacon of light in a flourless age.
