One of the most popular dishes is the barbecue tri-tip sandwich, which is certified Angus beef that is slow-cooked in barbecue sauce and piled on a potato bun with a choice of two side dishes. Many of the restaurant's regular menu items are available on a lunch menu in smaller portions and are less expensive.
