Kennedy Tavern

With casual-upscale décor, dim lighting and plush furniture, Kennedy Tavern is hard to resist. There’s just something cool about the place. Maybe it’s the peek-a-boo aquarium between the women’s restroom vanity and the dining room. Or, the glass enclosed wine room with bottles to choose from.

The food isn’t bad either. Crab cakes, calamari, and fondue all are great ways to start your meal. The tuna chips, rare ahi tuna with fried wontons, Asian slaw and citrus and soy wasabi oil are also good.

Steak and fish options like New York strip steak or Atlantic salmon serve as entrées. Pastas and flatbreads are other options, including the tangy barbecue chicken flatbread, with barbecue sauce, chicken, red onions and smoked gouda and mozzarella.

Desserts include traditional chocolate cake and chocolate fondue.

With lunch and dinner options, a wine and drink list and pleasant décor, Kennedy’s is a great place to grab a drink and relax at the end of your day.
