FIX

FIX at the Bellagio is the creation of Andrew Sasson, whose past projects include the hot Las Vegas nightclubs The Bank, Caramel and Mist. FIX specializes in top-quality fish, steak and poultry prepared on a wood-burning grill. Fresh breads are baked on the premises, and there is a long list of specialty cocktails. The fun dessert menu includes bubble gum vanilla floats.

But it is the atmosphere that distinguishes FIX. A bar and lounge area is separate from the dining room. The décor, seating, music and staff all combine to create a setting more conducive to a good time than a stuffy gourmet restaurant.
