Tony Marnell, who created the Rio, is responsible for this gigantic, architecturally distinctive structure, which sits directly across from the runways at McCarran. There is a deli and espresso bar on one side, and on the other, one of this city's most dramatic dining rooms: a metal and glass palace that is equal of any room in the city, in terms of elegance. The large menu, created by Vincenzo LoVersoi, is stocked with a number of decent classic and regional Italian dishes such as ossa buco, carpaccio and cioppino. -- Staff Report
