Those who thrive on thick slabs of rosy beef will not want to miss dining here. Succulent aged beef ensures tenderness. The standing ribs are seasoned lightly, then slowly roasted. Four cuts are offered: the popular Orleans thick cut, English cut with three thin slices, blackened Cajun-style and the big daddy of them all, The Real Beefeater, an extra-thick double cut with the bone. Beef Stroganoff, medallions of beef and a 14-ounce New York steak are also available. But that's not all you'll find at Prime Rib Loft. There are à la carte appetizers, including filet sliders -- petite filet on a toasted garlic bun with a horseradish marmalade; olives martini -- zippy cheese-stuffed, deep-fried olives; and many fish, chicken and pasta entrées, that come with salad or a crock of homemade split pea soup. -- Staff Report
