Paradise Garden Buffet Review:
At the Flamingo, a meal is an experience. And at the Paradise Garden Buffet, it's, well, paradise. Although the food is sumptuous enough and served daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the atmosphere sets the mood. The 550-seat Paradise Garden looks out over the resort's wildlife habitat and arboretum, which means while you're enjoying that cooked-to-perfection rib-eye steak, you can gaze over to see waterfalls, swans, ducks, flamingos and maybe even a royal penguin. Start your meal with a scrumptious salad and fresh fruit -- perfect for those hot summer nights -- along with mounds of shrimp on ice, Alaskan crab legs, Cajun spice crayfish and seafood salads. At the carving station, you'll find prime rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding and slow-roasted breast of turkey. The mile-wide dessert station includes freshly baked pies, cakes, puddings, and pastries as well as an ice cream sundae station. -- Staff Report
