California Pizza Kitchen at The Mirage is easy to spot -- just look for the circular restaurant conveniently located off the casino floor and the sports book. California Pizza Kitchen's dining room directly overlooks the casino, so it makes for great people watching. At California Pizza Kitchen, enjoy appetizers like sesame ginger chicken dumplings, Waldorf salad or the Chinese chicken salad that is finished with a cilantro sweet and sour dressing. Of course, you'd be remiss if you didn't order a pizza like the wild mushroom, complete with four types of mushrooms and Fontina cheese. The Original BBQ Chicken pizza, first introduced by the California Pizza Kitchen chain in 1985, is a popular favorite with Gouda and mozzarella cheeses, BBQ chicken with BBQ sauce, red onions and cilantro.
