Kristofer's

With an emphasis on charbroiled steaks and fresh seafood, Kristofer's features a complete-course prix fixe menu. Among the entrées are aged, Midwestern prime rib of beef, charbroiled cedar plank salmon, Southwestern mahi mahi, double-rib spring chops and Kristofer's surf and turf -- lobster tail paired with petit filet mignon. There also is the 20-ounce succulent Porterhouse steak and the New York steak. You also can choose from the blackened Cajun-style chicken, prime rib or the fresh fish, plus daily specials.

All entrées are accompanied by a Caesar salad or beefsteak tomato and onion vinaigrette and freshly baked bread. The white chocolate macadamia nut bread is a favorite.

For dessert, choose from the New York-style cheesecake, Bailey's Irish Cream frozen soufflé and bananas Foster, to name a few, and add a cup of Kristofer's specialty coffee. The finale to this production is a house favorite, Smokey Bon Bons, served in a dazzling table-side display.
