Nobu Review:

Whoever said "the best things in life are free" quite obviously has never eaten at any of Nobu Matsuhisa's signature Japanese eateries. There are five worldwide, and without question, the new Nobu in the Hard Rock is on a par with its older siblings. The Kobe beef carpaccio and the tiradito with chili paste, cilantro and the yuzu/lemon juices are two musts.

Nobu is a 2003 and 2004 Epicurean Award winner for Best Japanese.
