Nobu Review:
Whoever said "the best things in life are free" quite obviously has never eaten at any of Nobu Matsuhisa's signature Japanese eateries. There are 24 worldwide, and without question, Nobu in the Hard Rock is on a par with its older siblings. Signature dishes include the lobster ceviche and scallops in spicy pepper. There is also a variety of sashimi available flavored with garlic, ginger and sesame seeds. Adventurous types will want to try the yellowtail with jalapeno. The house speciality is a three-day marinated cod with sweet miso sauce. The restaurant's interior features bamboo pillars, wooden birch trees, a black river rock wall and a seaweed wall. -- Staff Report
