Andre's in the Monte Carlo is a truly traditional French restaurant, with a few twists. Chef André Rochat puts his spin on traditional French recipes.
Andre's features a series of smaller rooms and hallways. When you first walk in, you are greeted by a bar and lounge area perfect for sipping on a handcrafted cocktail. Then, your journey continues into the main dining area, where rich browns, cool teals and tan colors invite you in. Layers of crown molding line the tray ceiling and modern circular chandeliers extend from the ceiling. The tables are dressed with weighted crystal, fine china and flatware.
All the aesthetic features add to Andre's charm and make the restaurant a comfortably elegant place to dine.
Once finished with dinner, continue to the second floor, where a secluded cigar and cognac lounge awaits. Enjoy an extensive cognac selection and sip a glass by the fire.
Also on the second floor are private dining areas, one larger private dining room and one smaller open area.
Andre's cuisine includes roast lamb, beef and scampi André, traditional garlic and butter sauce with a touch of cream.
