Tinoco's Bistro Review:

When owner Enrique Tinoco moved his eclectic bistro from East Las Vegas to the heart of the downtown Arts District, it signaled a real committment to upgrading the culinary offerings of the funky, old neighborhood. Attached to the Arts Factory at the corner of Charleston and Casino Center boulevards, Tinoco's still specializes in fine food at reasonable prices. Recommended are the perfectly cooked escolar, salmon and Dungeness crab cakes. These upscale eats come at prices of $7 to $10 for lunch and $10 to $20 for dinner.
