The Buffet at TI - America's Favorite Dishes

The Buffet at TI presents a variety of delights in an environment designed as a street of shops, each with its own look and feel. Designer Jeffrey Beers spearheaded the redesign.

The buffet features a global array of cuisine with six live-action stations including barbecue, Asian, pasta sauté, a rustic pizza oven, salad station and a bakery. In addition, guests will be able to choose from two varieties of American chili available from a roving chili cart.

On Friday and Saturday night, the buffet presents "Swanky Dishes," offering a selection of entrée items such as lobster ravioli, crab legs, peel-and-eat shrimp and assorted soufflés.
