Rick's Café in Loews Lake Las Vegas serves up Mediterranean food with regional influences and an American touch. Chef Adam Cho creates imaginative comfort foods like Boursin macaroni & cheese, seared Divers scallops, Dungeness crab cakes and couscous.

Rick's Café is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a private dining room that seats up to 15 people. The main dining room is open and airy, with tall ceilings, soft archways and airy curtains.
