The D Grill is a recently remodeled restaurant located on the second floor of the D Las Vegas hotel and casino. Open 24 hours, the restaurant serves a variety of American classic and signature dishes using all fresh ingredients.
Breakfast offerings include items like the Country Boy with buttermilk biscuit, two eggs, country sausage and potatoes topped with homemade gravy and The High Roller with beef filet, poached eggs, wild mushroom sauté with roasted garlic béarnaise sauce. There are also traditional items like handmade cinnamon buns (also prepared in the form of an egg strada), Irish steel cut oats, Greek yogurt parfaits and pancakes.
The lunch menu features barbequed pulled pork sandwiches (with pork prepared in the restaurant's own smoker), a grilled portabella and eggplant sandwich, Italian sub and gourmet burgers created with high quality ground sirloin. Dinner includes choices like Southern herb-fried chicken, fish and chips and hickory smoked baby back ribs, pancetta wrapped Bourbon glazed pork chops with caramelized apples and shallots and salmon tostadas.
