TJ's Steakhouse

TJ’s Steakhouse is so popular that it is always being updated. It is in the grand tradition of all fine steak houses. Classic, warm decor with rich mahogany and many decorative elements make for an ambience that is elegant, yet relaxed. USDA prime quality assures that each piece of beef is tender and succulent. Portions are generous, so be prepared to share side dishes -- a portion of creamy garlic mashed potatoes weighs in at about two pounds! In true steak house style, the menu is á la carte.

In addition to steaks broiled over an open flame, TJ’s Steakhouse offers perfectly cooked chops, rack of lamb, veal medallions, free-range chicken and fresh seafood. Also featured are salads, classic lobster bisque, onion soup au gratin and hot and cold appetizers.

A separate menu showcases a variety of scrumptious desserts conceived by executive pastry chef Stanton Ho who creates all the remarkable, irresistible desserts featured in all the hotel's restaurants.
