Guests at Planet Hollywood Restaurant in the Forum Shops at Caesars can enjoy their meal surrounded by the most extensive television and movie memorabilia collection in the world. The menu features a variety of freshly prepared dishes. Start out with a traditional appetizer like potato skins, bruschetta or Buffalo wings or try Planet Hollywood's famous Chicken Crunch -- tender strips of chicken breast with a crunchy sweet coating and Creole mustard for dipping. There are several salads to choose from including fresh watermelon and feta served with lemon dressing or a soy chicken ginger salad. The menu includes a large selection of sandwiches and burgers including a vegetarian option. Pastas and entrees like chicken Parmesan, teriyaki salmon and BBQ ribs round out the menu. For dessert, try the Cool Planet white chocolate bread pudding or a slice of carrot cake.
