Red Square restaurant Review:

Perestroika-inspired cuisine comes to Las Vegas. In addition to an extensive caviar list, the menu features an eclectic mix of updated Russian classics and continental French, Italian and American specialties created by chef Robbin Haas. Featured selections include citron caviar and crème fraiche, and grilled Maine lobster with Stoli vanilla butter sauce.

Red Square is a 2003 and 2004 Epicurean Award winner for Best Cocktails.
