Soft piano music, USDA prime aged steaks, candlelight, Ranch Steakhouse is a romantic steakhouse with spectacular views and great food on Freemont Street.This turn-of-the-century, New Orleans-style restaurant offers fine steaks and a panoramic view of Las Vegas lights.

Dishes like the lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, escargot bourguignonne and stuffed mushroom are great starters for what's yet to come. Main courses include filet mignon with lobster tail, prime rib, chicken fried lobster, center cut pork chops, New York steak, Alaskan king crab legs and beer battered prawns.

Sides include garlic mashed potatoes, cottage fries, steamed asparagus and rice pilaf.

A variety of desserts and beverages are offered, including fresh espresso and cappuccinos.
