Hamada Asiana restaurant showcases the talents of Sushi Chef Yuzuru "Joe" Shimoda and Teppan Chef Ryan Collins. The newest of the Hamada Restaurant Group, Hamada Asiana combines Japanese Teppanyaki table-side cooking (a show in itself) with fresh sushi selections and an eclectic menu featuring traditional Japanese and popular Chinese dishes. Along with sushi, guests can dine on such favorites as sashimi, steaks, teriyaki, tempura, shabu shabu, sukiyaki, yakitori, beef and broccoli, sweet-and-sour pork and chow mein. Hamada also offers a choice of dining locations including the dining room, teppanyaki room, cocktail lounge and at the sushi bar.
