A super salsa bar and bodacious botanas (appetizers) get every meal here off to an interesting start. (If you've been extra good all week, ask for the Camarones Rosalita's: marinated grilled shrimp stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon, which you dip in a sinful honey-mustard sauce.) And there's plenty of excitement left for the main course: from the one-pound Humangachanga to the more delicate Pollo Rosalita (marinated chicken breast with green chilies, Jack cheese and avocado).
