Terra Verde

Terra Verde is great for a power lunch or a relaxing dinner. At lunch, the energy is vibrant and filled with life. At night, the restaurant transforms to a more dimly lit, calm atmosphere. The restaurant’s outdoor patio is great for enjoying the Vegas weather and the dining rooms are spacious and elegant. There is also a private dining room available.

Though the service can be on the slower side, most of the food is quite tasty.

For starters, try the antipasto plate. Rich with meats like prosciutto, mortadella and cheeses including blue, this antipasto plate is big enough to share.  

For entrées, the highlight of the menu is the veal Marsala, a delicious tender cut of thinly sliced veal, breaded and topped with sautéed mushrooms and a sweet Marsala wine sauce. The veal is served with linguine in butter and garlic.

The sandwiches such as the chicken pesto can be served with a side salad as a healthier option. However, try the zucchini chips—thin sliced zucchini lightly battered and fried to a crisp for the perfect crunch to go with your favorite sandwich.

Other menu options include thin crust pizzas and pastas.

Terra Verde has a great wine selection and the wine room is directly to the right upon entering the restaurant. Terra Verde offers guests good Italian American fare in a casual dining environment at Green Valley Ranch.
