Circo Review:

Circo may be the best and most elegant Italian restaurant in our city. Service rarely misses a beat, views of the Bellagio water show are spectacular, and chef James Benson's cooking, including such fare as white truffles in season and mallderettus (semolina-based gnocchi with braised duck, fava beans and summer truffles) and peerless herb-crusted rack of lamb are simply superb.

Circo is a 2004 Epicurean Award winner for Best Restaurant on the Strip.
