The Carmel Room is an upscale restaurant featuring Mediterranean-influenced cuisine. The décor is highlighted by chandeliers and soft colors. The restaurant offers appetizers such as ahi tartare, escargot bourguignonne and smoked salmon trio. Entrées include New York steak, filet mignon, prime rib, Dover sole almondine or potato-wrapped salmon filet, among others. The Carmel Room's decadent desserts include black and white crème brûlée, grand soufflés and molten chocolate cake.
