Garden Of The Dragon Review:

The Las Vegas Hilton's Chinese restaurant, Garden of the Dragon, is a splendid eatery, serene and inviting. Separated from the adjacent Japanese Benihana Village by a handsome glass, dragon-etched divider, diners have a view of the fun from the ongoing Benihana Village entertainment that can be enjoyed without the noise. Many regions of China are represented on the Garden of the Dragon menu -- Szechuan, Peking, Northern Mongolia and Canton. Garden of the Dragon's menu is filled with Asian delights from egg rolls to fresh seafood.
