Inside the Forum Shops, La Salsa offers authentic made-to-order Mexican food and margaritas-by-the-yard. Tantalizing eats range from the Grande Salsa Surtido, a special salsa "flight" comprised of seven specialty salsas and served with warm and crispy chips to Camarones Coctele Veracruzano -- chilled jumbo prawns served "martini--style" with diced cucumber, avocado, red onion and cilantro. La Salsa's signature drinks are outstanding. The Desert Peach melds a generous portion of tequila muddled with fresh cilantro, white peach puree, rock candy syrup and sweet & sour mix. The El Diablo combines Herradura Blanco tequila, blackberries, black currant syrup, fresh lime and sweet & sour mix.
