Hamada of Japan is a Japanese steakhouse and sushi bar at The Flamingo Las Vegas. In the Teppan Room, steaks and seafood are cooked at your table teppanyaki style. This entertaining style of cooking lets you choose a protein like chicken, steak or shrimp and mix it in with vegetables and sauces of your choice.
