Emperor's Buffet Review:
The Emperor's Buffet at The Quad serves a variety of salads, main courses and desserts to satisfy any craving. Inside, the buffet is decorated in a Polynesian theme, with tribal masks on the walls, bright turquoise booths and chairs and palm pattern carpeting. Food includes fresh pizzas, seafood like salmon and fried shrimp, and Asian-influenced dishes like sushi, Kung Pao chicken and beef with broccoli. The buffet is located on the second floor of the hotel.
