Pasta Pirate Review:
Pasta Pirate at the California in downtown Vegas features display-style cooking over a mesquite grill and serves a variety of seafood and steaks accompanied by homemade pasta and sauces. For starters, try the escargot, fried calamari or baked oysters. Main courses include fettuccine Alfredo, shrimp scampi, chicken portabello and cioppino with linguine.
