Pasta Pirate at the California in downtown Vegas features display-style cooking over a mesquite grill and serves a variety of seafood and steaks accompanied by homemade pasta and sauces.
For starters, try the escargot, fried calamari or baked oysters. Main courses include fettuccine Alfredo, shrimp scampi, chicken portabello and cioppino with linguine. There's also a "Duets" section that features combinations like filet mignon with prawns.
All dinners include a glass of house wine, seafood soup or salad and bread.
