Bradley Ogden has a unique water theme throughout the restaurant with LCD monitors displaying scenic seascapes and a fountain toward the front of the restaurant. The décor is simple, but upscale, and clearly lets the food do the talking.
The food is fresh and Chef Bryan Ogden is taking a direction much like his father’s as a breakout star chef himself.
“I like to refer to [our food] as market cuisine because we use everything that’s fresh, in season, in the market,” says Ogden.
Because of their dedication to using fresh ingredients, there are no real signature dishes on the menu because it changes frequently. The ingredients are seasonal, so chances are there is no strawberry rhubarb crumble being offered in the middle of winter.
Popular menu items include Bradley Ogden’s signature Maytag blue cheese soufflé. Twice baked, the warm, gooey soufflé is rich and moist. The soufflé is served with spiced walnuts and heirloom beets with sprinkles of blue cheese.
The cuisine is fresh, with innovative takes on traditional fare. For example, the hamburger, which is a deliciously cooked patty nestled between a brioche-style bun, is served simply with a bit of lettuce. Add blue cheese and food that has never talked to you before suddenly speaks to you. The hamburger is served with crispy french fries and is one of the bar menu options.
But don’t get it confused. Just because Bradley Ogden serves a classic hamburger and french-fries, gourmet style, doesn’t mean the restaurant has no high-end options. The James Beard Award-winning restaurant also features richer options, like the triple-seared Japanese Kobe beef and Maine lobster and mushrooms in a delicate butter sauce.
As for the private dining room, the modern décor gives high-rolling diners a comfortable, fun alternative from the busy restaurant dining room. The room features suede walls, red pottery, a fireplace, funky lighting and a very special painting.
“We commissioned the 'Chefs with the Tomato balloons' painting especially for the room,” says Ogden.
With an inspiring atmosphere, fresh cuisine and good service, Bradley Ogden is a casual-upscale dining experience conveniently located across from the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The modern, elegant approach with high quality food is what makes returning patrons and newcomers fall in love.
