Billy Bob's Steak House at Sam's Town is known for its good values, great steaks and Western lodge dining room. The restaurant is casual, but a little more formal than other restaurants at Sam's Town. The restaurant features appetizers like the fried onion blossom, tequila grilled shrimp and the fire and ice seafood platter. For steaks, try the ribeye, porterhouse, filet mignon or prime rib of beef, all served in two sizes, based on your appetite.
