Rated 3 out of 5 by biotech3 Off strip
This property is off the strip but has a nice pool. A 24 hour Denny's is good as the only other choices close by are fast food establishments. It is a hike to get to the strip or I would suggest a 24 hour RTC bus pass for $5. Then it is only one bus stop to the strip and with a connection to the "Deuce" it is easy to get anywhere on the strip with ease.

Rated 3 out of 5 by lgdsteve Very surprising gem.
I booked a room here at a last minute change to my flight itinerary. I ended up flying into Vegas very late the night before and needed a very inexpensive room near the airport. The location was decent, just over I-15 from the strip and airport but I was expecting the worst as far as room cleanliness and overall upkeep. After arriving by cab, and the driver not knowing where the entrance was, I was somewhat surprised to see that the hotel was more of a two story motel. After driving around the property we found the registration desk and checked in. The desk clerk informed us that the closest rooms were on the second floor and there was no elevator, my expectations sank as low as any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory.
However, upon entering the room I was absolutely shocked. The room was pretty small but completely refurbished and seemed very clean. There was a flat screen TV and new furniture. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C unit worked very well.
In the morning I awoke to find that my room overlooked the pool and the overall condition of the hotel grounds (and pool) was very good. We checked out and I was surprised to find a Denny's was located on the other side of the (small) casino floor and we had a free breakfast menu for hotel guests. Drinks were not included however, but with three meals to choose from, it was an exceptional deal. The food was good and the service was great. Later this week we returned for breakfast and cannot be compared to breakfast on the strip. The Denny's on the strip is always packed and the prices are a little elevated. The resort buffets usually cost upwards of $15 per person just for breakfast and depending on when some of the platters are put out, you might end up with some old items that aren't quite fresh.
Denny's at Wild Wild West has reasonable prices, good food with nice sized portions, great service, and very fast. This is truly a hidden gem off strip.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Quetzal Room was good with a great rate. Location within the coomplex was not.
I didn't care for the location of the room within the complex and next time I will know better. They stored two rolling carts of trash right outside my door all night and into the next day. I was going to mention this to the clerk at check-out but he didn't care or bother to ask me how the stay was - he was more interested in butting into a conversation another clerk was having with a customer than ensuring I had a pleasant stay. I was also in a hurry for an appointment. Otherwise, still a clean place to stay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chrissy1972 Good place to stay!
Good place to stay. The beds were comfortable. The only problem I had with my stay was that they didn't make the beds everyday and they didn't vaccum the floors. Everything thing else was great. We needed an extra blanket and pillow and they were very quick with getting the items to me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by vanessam123 Great location right off the freeway
The hotel is right off the freeway close to the strip. You get free breakfeast every morning at Dennys which is attached to the hotel. Also if you get hungry you have jack in the box, Mcdonalds, Wendys and In-N-Out right across the street from the hotel. The rooms were small and had no Fridge, Microwave or stove. Overall it was a nice place to stay. I would stay there again.

The room was ok..but we did tell the maid service not to clean the room but they came in anyway. The free breakfast was good but not enough. Was hungry a hour later.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SrHoosier Good hotel for one on a budget
The hotel side of this property is similar to what one might see on the road; adequate and satisfactory. Good king bed! The casino building (and attached Denny's restaurant) is small and unfortunately, they allow smoking so there's an unpleasant odor. I arrived about 12:30 pm and the receptionist said "You can't check in until 3 pm!" Nothing like, "I'm so sorry sir but no rooms will be available until 3 pm." She did not want to take time to see if any rooms were available and would not give me eye contact. Not a good way to welcome customers! I came back 30 minutes later, simply to inquire if a ground floor room would be reserved and a second person had no problem getting me a room immediately, around 1 pm.
