Hotel Review Very small hotel and hard to squeeze by people walking through the hallways. Elevators take extremely long to get to you. Rooms were decent enough to sleep and shower in. The balcony was a joke it faced construction and the parking lot. It was hard to get in contact with anyone at the front desk and house keeping it literally took me almost 2-3 hours just to check out through the phone and to get towels. Upside of things they had a Fat Tuesday in the hotel and Hash House had some good grub. The hotel is in a pretty good location on the strip. Pretty cheap to stay in as well. May 21, 2013
construction...construction The hotel is under major construction inside and out. The casino itself is very nice but everything else is in average shape. While staying there, at 1130pm the fire alarm goes off and then there was a series of someone trying to announce something but we could not hear what they were saying. During check-in, we were told we could check in at 2:30pm but when we went to check in we were then told that it would be an additional $28 fee to check in early. Our room was not very sound proof as we heard some kind of cheering outside most of the night and heard people screaming down the hall until 4am. May 20, 2013
great site I always get good prices on this site. I'get used this site many times. It is a very good site. May 20, 2013
Better than expected Before my trip to Vegas i went online to search for affordable rooms on and off the strip. I came across the Quad resort hotel & casino and read all the many reviews about the Quad. Many being more negative than positive. I really don't understand why all the negative reviews? I found the Quad to be quite pleasing, comfortable, clean and the staff treated me with kindness & courtesy. And for the price there is just no comparison! I had family staying at the Excalibur and i must say i'm glad i stayed at the Quad. I will stay at the Quad anytime over all those other fancy, expensive hotels/resorts & casinos. As for the construction going on there, i was just across the way from it and never heard a single nail being hammered nor any other construction noise and we were up on the 10th floor. The pool was amazing! Check in was a breeze at 3pm, but later on after 7pm the line was pretty hectic, i'm glad i got there early. I did request a refrigerator at check in and never got it, but that's ok good thing i carried a cooler with me! I suppose it's up to each individual and what they are accustom to? May 19, 2013
Excellent Stay for the price Had an awesome stay at this hotel. Was during construction so the casino was limited, but the hotel was kept very clean as were the rooms. Very good stay and it has one of the best locations on the strip. May 19, 2013
You get what you paid for. Service was poor. The check in line was empty when I got there. The 3 service clerks rather continue to talk to each other than to service me. In the middle of my check in, someone else came to complain about the hotel. Not a good sign. As I walked to my room, the hallway was greasy and old looking. The room was fairly clean, the bathroom door doesn't lock not close properly. I can easily see the dirt build up around the tub and the vanity sink looked like they gave it a poorly attempt in cleaning it. The tv was old. Every hotel had a flat screen, yet the quad still has the huge blocky one with the buttons not working properly. But it was cheap for the location. I gotta give them at least that. $24/night at the middle of the strip. There's no better price in the middle of the action. May 19, 2013
Room Carpets dirty & Old Amenities The hotel management should not have a hotel open to public while undergoing major renovation -- literally all over the place. Room TV was old, carpet was dirty and should be replaced. Tube drains slow and backs up. Hall carpets need cleaning. This hotel should be taken off availabilty list until it's brought up to LV Strip standards. May 17, 2013
Great hotel I love the new Imperial Palace now known as The Quad. Felt like I was in a brand new hotel very impressed with the new designs totally changed the atmosphere . Looking forward to saying there again! May 14, 2013

Answer:
Actually, there is no resort fee at the Imperial Palace. It's one of the Caesars Entertainment properties, and they actively promote the fact that they don't charge resort fees. However, there will still be an added charge for room tax, and you'll have to pay a fee if you want to have access to the Internet.

Answer:
With major construction under way, there is no vehicular access to The Quad from Las Vegas Boulevard. If you’re coming from the Strip, you’ll have to go through Harrah’s entrance. Simply continue through the tunnel, make a right at the stop sign, and then make another immediate right to access The Quad’s self-parking garage. If you’re approaching the resort from McCarran International Airport or Flamingo and Spring Mountain roads, your best bet is to seek out Koval Lane, which runs parallel to the east end of the property. Look for the turnoff marked by signs announcing The Venetian and Harrah’s. Follow that road, which will curve around past Harrah’s garage to the access point for The Quad's self-parking garage.

Jessica, there is 2 ways to get to the parking garage. You can enter off of Las Vegas Blvd, but you have to watch for the entrance sign very closely. There will be a sign that says "Entrance to the Quad and Harrah's it's right in the middle of the strip across from Ceasar Palace. Or you can enter on Koval Street. Just follow the signs and it will take you to the parking garage. I hope this helps?

Construction on The Quad's new porte cochere with valet parking wrapped up in February. Located on the north side of the resort, it’s reachable through the parking garage. Unfortunately, with major construction under way, there is no vehicular access to The Quad from Las Vegas Boulevard. Guests coming from the Strip have to go through the tunnel at Harrah’s entrance. Otherwise the best bet is to seek out Koval Lane, which runs parallel to the east side of the property, and look for the turnoff marked by signs announcing The Venetian and Harrah’s. That road curves around to the access point for The Quad’s self-parking garage, which then continues through to a circular driveway where valet parking is available.
