Rated 3.1 out of 5 by 2371 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel is in a perfect location and has the best lowest rates on the strip. That is why we keep coming back! I had to have my room key changed 3 times in four days because it wouldn't open the door at times. I had a total knee replacement and this required going back down to the front desk from a room located very far from the elevator which was not helpful to my injured knee. The pool was closed and this was our reason for choosing the Quad to have some pool R& R while my husband gambled as I was not capable of walking to far due to my recovery. It was our 26th anniversary so was disappointed this time during our stay at the Quad. Not sure if we will return to the Quad despite their low rates. August 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by For the value, this was a great resort large comfortable room, great location on strip. Management very helpful. August 4, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great location but needs a major renovation ASAP! I've stayed at this property a few times in the past. Of course it's not the most glamorous property on the strip but it's always been a good Cheap & Cheerful option in a great location. On my last trip to Vegas I convinced my friend that The Quad was an ok option for us to stay at. Well... the Casino renovations are amazing but the hotel areas (hallways and rooms) are just dreadful at this point. I know they are planning to renovate the hotel soon, but they should have been trying to maintain these areas to a certain extent in the meantime. The hallway carpets were visibly and badly stained, holes and dents in the walls and very poorly lit. The room itself was "Ok". The beds were comfortable and clean but lots of rust and stuff around the bathroom fixtures, etc The hotel has definitely become a lot more run down over the past year or two. Hopefully the renovations will be completed soon, as it's a great location on the strip and they did a fantastic job with the casino make-over. Good place to stay if you're on a budget but if you are picky or looking to impress someone, pay a bit more and go stay somewhere else! July 31, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by great location I was a little disappointed! The Quad, advertise their new renovated rooms. That was NOTcorrect in my case. There was old carpet, bedding, and linins. The curtains, lamp shades and furniture was old and stained with years of caked on dust. No coffee pot in my room, no complamentary coffee in the hotel. No swimming pool was available. They did have a comfortable mattress and offer the Flamingo or Harrahs pool. I will not be staying here again. Unless I'm invited back at the same price for a NEW room. I always stay at circus circus with wonderful coffee and beautiful rooms, but the Quad offered a great location with renovation, so I gave it a try... July 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Had a good time. I was told when I booked the room that the hotel was going through a remodel. But it was not that bad. I was expecting a big mess and a lot of noise. There was none of that. The hotel was clean and the only noise you heard was people having fun. The staff we encountered was very nice and helpful when needed. Our room was clean and a nice size. The bed was very comfortable. There was only two downers. 1 we still had to pay a resort fee even though the pool and other stuff was closed.(why charge resort fees if a lot of the stuff is closed). 2 the room was very hot when we walked in and it took about an hour to cool down. (When it's 110 degrees outside you would think that the room would be cool and ready). Over I would recommend the hotel to others. July 26, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by the gaming rooms were good the hotel was in a good place but the rooms was another story the rugs were dirty the water tasted like sewer water they did not pick a food cart all day. the lobby and gaming rooms were cleaned . July 24, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Wasn't told hotel under construction. Had to wait in lines to access room. Room dirty and under furnished. Would not have stayed if I had been informed it was under renovation. Carpet was filthy. Only good thing, bed was comfortable. No ice on or near or floor. Had to go up 5 floor to find. July 18, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not go to this hotel.... I understand that this was on the lower end as far as hotels are concerned....and I understand that the hotel is under renovation, but that is still no excuse. The hotel was so dirty and filthy. The walls, the carpet and my room, which wasn't even cleaned properly. There were holes in the bathroom and the shower wasn't even cleaned. On the side of the hotel where I was staying, there was a long line to use the only two elevators that were in service...and there was no staff around to apologize for the troubles and help monitor the line so that it went quickly. My experience was so horrible that I just want to forget it. July 15, 2014

Answer:
Actually, there is no resort fee at the Imperial Palace. It's one of the Caesars Entertainment properties, and they actively promote the fact that they don't charge resort fees. However, there will still be an added charge for room tax, and you'll have to pay a fee if you want to have access to the Internet.

Answer:
With major construction under way, there is no vehicular access to The Quad from Las Vegas Boulevard. If you’re coming from the Strip, you’ll have to go through Harrah’s entrance. Simply continue through the tunnel, make a right at the stop sign, and then make another immediate right to access The Quad’s self-parking garage. If you’re approaching the resort from McCarran International Airport or Flamingo and Spring Mountain roads, your best bet is to seek out Koval Lane, which runs parallel to the east end of the property. Look for the turnoff marked by signs announcing The Venetian and Harrah’s. Follow that road, which will curve around past Harrah’s garage to the access point for The Quad's self-parking garage.

Answer:
Jessica, there is 2 ways to get to the parking garage. You can enter off of Las Vegas Blvd, but you have to watch for the entrance sign very closely. There will be a sign that says "Entrance to the Quad and Harrah's it's right in the middle of the strip across from Ceasar Palace. Or you can enter on Koval Street. Just follow the signs and it will take you to the parking garage. I hope this helps?

You have to drive down Las Vegas blvd and there's a little sign that says the quad. Or go down koval headed north and there is a main traffic light where you can turn right and go into the back of the hotel and Harrah's as well.

Answer:
You access the parking thru the back off of Koval or through the side where the Harrahs entrance is...it right underneath the monorail off of koval. I do like the accessability. I now use only the back streets to get from one end of strip to other because the strip takes forever. if you want to see the strip then definitely cruise that but after awhile of traffic and if youre in a cab it gets pricey.

Answer:
Construction on The Quad's new porte cochere with valet parking wrapped up in February. Located on the north side of the resort, it’s reachable through the parking garage. Unfortunately, with major construction under way, there is no vehicular access to The Quad from Las Vegas Boulevard. Guests coming from the Strip have to go through the tunnel at Harrah’s entrance. Otherwise the best bet is to seek out Koval Lane, which runs parallel to the east side of the property, and look for the turnoff marked by signs announcing The Venetian and Harrah’s. That road curves around to the access point for The Quad’s self-parking garage, which then continues through to a circular driveway where valet parking is available.

Answer:
Yes, there is valet parking you can go through the front but since it's still under construction it might be a little hard to find. It's easier to do through the back.
