A very nice all in one hotel / casino / entertainment venue. Our stay was very good , the only thing that could have used improvement was the bedding . It wasn't very comfortable. Other than that we were very pleased , especially by the location . It was right off the highway and very convenient . The value for the price , was excellent .....and we would stay there again. Stay away if you want sleep! Stayed here 2 separate nights. Our first nights stay they put us next to the pool. The room had bugs crawling on the pillows and the safe didn't work. The pool was supposed to close at 9:00pm, but it wasn't and we had to call around 9:30 to get them to shut it down. It was so noisy that you could hear everything. Our second night was 2 days later and we asked if we could be put in the top floor, but all they had available was 4th floor. We get up there and the people next door must have left there kids in the room while the gambled, because all we could hear was a couple of young kids. Beautiful Hotel Texas Station Hotel and Casino is an excellent hotel. I went to see Roller Derby there...a great location for the games. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, although I requested a room with a single King Sized Bed, I ended up in a room with a double. The bed was comfortable. I only had 2 little issues....1) I came back to my room after the game I saw, and went to use the bathroom, and a huge cockroach was on the toilet. I gave it a quick burial at sea and 2), the complimentary Wi-Fi they charge something like $5.99 for 24 hours....that's not complimentary. Other than that, I have absolutely NO complaints about this hotel and didn't make any issue of the roach when I checked out. I mentioned it to the person at the desk and he was very surprised and he was very apologetic for it. If I have to come to this hotel again for the game I saw, I would definitely come back again.
