Terrible's Let's face it, this property needs some work. Rooms were fairly good, Clean and freshly painted. Elevators are in terrible condition ... ventilation system in casino needs work, too smokey ... if You have kids, this isn't the place. Breakfast buffet was extrodinarily limited, dining rooms are dated and dingy. Front desk service was good. Checkout was good ... NOTE TO VEGAS.COM You charged me more than the hotel rate, I needed 2 nights, thought I reserved 2, only had one ... you charged me $72, second night was $55 April 12, 2013
Lost reservation, had to pay 100.00 security deposit. Not notified upon reservation. Staff couldn't find our paid reservation from Vegas .com. Waited for about an hour till it was confirmed with supervisor. Air quality in the casino was smokey. Our room smelled nice. I enjoyed our room. Could have used more towels though. April 10, 2013
a jewel for the price We took a chance on a place called Terribles to be near the airport. They sent a driver to pick us up free of charge, and gave us a very pretty room with a private patio right by the beautiful pool for $43 a night! We stayed 3 nights.The food was priced right also (get a players card to get a buy 1 get 1 free) The room was clean and quiet. We were Very happy with this Hotel and would stay again! not the nicest Terribles hotel was very old and run down. We couldn't regulate the heat or air con. No matter how you set it the temp remained the same. Carpets and bed linens very worn and the room smelled like smoke March 29, 2013
OK Value for the money not quite as good as some other value places. People who work there were helpfull and go out of there way to do that . Rooms were clean and house keeping was good would recommend if value pricing and good location to convention center is required. February 23, 2013
Terribly good Great experience. Jacuzy was available outdoor and in the room. Only hiccup was the lack of guidance for the restaurant VS buffet line. It is also sad that most (all?) casinos in Vegas allow smoking indoors. Shuttle back to airport was also very nice! January 26, 2013
Hotel room was clean. The hotel room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is no valet or bell service at this hotel. The casino was too warm and the machines too close together. The food in the buffet was average, nothing special. It is obvious that many areas have seen cuts to the services that were available in the past. The price was good. January 24, 2013
Convenient location for good price. The casino was nice and so were the meals/buffet. We had the best and most tender beef brisket at the buffet. The cable tv was not too good but they really don't want you to stay in your room just to watch tv, they want you to gamble. Housekeeping missed an item that was left in our room by the previous guests....which was hanging from the fire sprinkler in the bathroom but otherwise the room was clean. Through Vegas.com I booked a Tower room but the desk clerk wouldn't even look at my reservation sheet and gave us a ground floor which turned out to be more convenient for us after all so no complaints. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. January 13, 2013
