Rated 3 out of 5 by Would not return The room was nicely redecorated, but only had two pillows on a king bed. There was no packet in the room telling you about the hotel amenities. There was no coffee maker. It was very bare. The casino is really dirty. The rooms are difficult to access as the elevators are in strange locations. The pool was the best part. Mature trees make for a tropical feel. The hot tub was nice, though the pool was too cold to swim in. The hotel did not have any sort of coffee bar. The coffee shop did not have soy and I can't do dairy. Over all, I would not return to this location. There are too many options in Vegas. This one did not add up. March 31, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Been charged twice? I reserved our stay at Silver Sevens thru Vegas.com for the agreed $95.18 rate for 2 nights, but was also charged $77.38 by Silver Sevens on my final statement? Hopefully i'll get this rectified on Monday 3/31? Did not like a charge fee for Wi-Fi, and Pool needs some kind of customer service attention. And when people smoke Marijuana in their rooms, gotta have housekeeping be johnny on the spot to spray to get rid of smell and not have it linger for hours! Someone should be walking the floors every 30 minutes! March 30, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by This product has great features I could walk to event across the street. The pool was freezing. There were good size, green towels after using Jacuzzi. I like the crispy cream donuts in Gift Store. That was a nice touch. Way too much smoking near Jacuzzi and in Casino. Sports Book is just the correct size. We really enjoyed the buffet house. All three meals. We liked the adjustable heating in room. Room #2009 was nice and clean. Excellent Housekeeping. Staff was attentive and helpful. Ample parking. We will be back. January 21, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Silver Sevens is a good first time stop in Vegas, maybe twice. We booked through Vegas.com because frankly the Advertising of the guy saying that his name was Vegas.com really stuck. The room had a sink problem upon arrival. At the reception they switched us to another room within minutes. The TV in the second room was jittery & I had to jiggle the cables. First room was a small room, the move landed us in a bigger room. The first one faced the inside courtyard pool, the second one was on the side of the Landing Strip of the Airport. Also next to the Shuttle Bus Stop and next to the in and out movement of the Garage & Truck loading. But, we slept well even with the noise. The room service was a bit weird, the Ladies were picking up with bare hands the floor towels, cleaning the floor & garbage without any gloves. Immediately they would fold and straighten the Bath and Hand towels with the same hands. A bit YUCKY ! The Casino has a few hundred machines, Craps and Poker tables. We played slots, even though as non smokers we were constantly surrounded by smokers. What can you do, it's Vegas. Overall, around the Casino players looked like locals chasing the "dream". Lot's of night owls looking to round up their paycheck, which as per Silver Seven's advertising would get extra A-Play credits if they cash their work check at Silver Sevens. We got the A-Play card and did play. Nothing big. Just fun. The front desk is speedy, but look tired and over-worked, and under staffed at moments, with 4-9 people waiting in line to be serviced by 1 to sometimes 2 attendants. The hallways were clean as well as the room. I would go back to Silver Sevens, the weekly rates are reasonable, they have a Shuttle to the Strip and they are close by it. Also, the Buffet is discounted with a A-Play card. It is repetitive but I liked the Beef Stew, the Mashed Potatoes were fresh & the Pork a Roast was juicy yet crisp on the outside. Some of the Deserts were a bit dried, as if they lingered on the counter for longer than 24 hours. Small Cold Salad Bar which I did not try. I've noticed other guests complaining online about the Filipino staff, as they tend to chat and forget about the floor service, which I can say it was not so far from the fact, but they were also quick and polite. I wonder if anyone cares to leave at least 3 dollars tip, that would make the staff more joyful of cleaning piles of half eaten plates. The kitchen staff was amicable and polite. The Buffet reminded me of Old Time Cantinas, Good and Cheap Self-Serve. August 4, 2013
