Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 662 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Great Time Was Had By All Service at the hotel was top notch, we were treated like royalty. Great food and Coffee in the Cafe' witch was great after a long night of Drinking and debauchery. Pools were great and quite needed it was 108 outside. Casino paid well, managed to hit a penny machine for $289.00 and only started with $5.00. We are all headed back in February, see you then. July 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best of both world's. flawless service Best experience ever, check in and out seamless, location perfect for a non casino hotel. You will be a part of the MGM casino which is located within walking distance from the inside of the Signature. The monorail is available for riding for affordable rates within the MGM. VALET AND MAIDS service excellent. Bring money for tipping,100 percent worth it . Bring utensils, paper plates and cups for inside room snacks, I had a deluxe suite with balcony, great views, my only advice is pool area should stay open past 8:00pm because the heat is relentless. 104 plus in July. July 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice, Family Oriented We liked staying at this hotel because it wasn't crowded and didn't have a casino. What was also nice was the two full bathrooms because our son could have his own. He said the sleep out couch wasn't too bad to sleep on (he's 16). We liked having the separate bedroom. The room was very clean. I found it odd that we had 3 people in the room, but they only gave us 2 waters, but I'm sure we could have asked for another if we needed it. The only draw back was the very long walk to the MGM and onto the strip. The signage in the MGM isn't that good so we got lost once or twice trying to find our way back to the hotel entrance through the casino. We definately got our exercise. We would stay at this hotel again. July 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great customer service and beautiful hotel Amazing hotel, most beautiful I've been too. Great room service and very professional staff. July 8, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Too far from the action Did not expect that I had to walk what seemed a mile just to get to the casino or MGM pool.... I would book the MGM and avoid the signature unless you like long walks July 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect vegas experience I was a little skepitical about staying at the MGM signature because it a little far off the strip! It ended up being awesome! You have full access to MGM pools, but the rooms are way nicer / bigger. I'm so sad to leave and will definetly stay here again! July 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Stay This was our first visit to Vegas and we are very happy with our stay at The Signature at MGM Grand. We chose to stay here over some of the other upscale resort areas due the fact that it is a non gaming hotel. It is a walk to get to the main areas of the MGM Grand, but for us it was worth it to be away from all of the action. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. The room was clean and beautiful. July 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel however customer service could be better when rooms are not ready. HD would be nice on TV. Customer service could assist with knowing what you don't know. Ex. Printing of boarding passes for return flight. Reminder that shuttle should be scheduled 24 hr in advance of check-out. July 6, 2014

Parking Question

If there is no parking garage..."No, but the resort offers valet parking and guests have full access to the MGM Grand's seven-story parking garage."
Are guests' cars parked on the hot Vegas sun? Is there an underground parking garage where Valet takes the cars or are they driven to the MGM?
Thank you.

Answer:
If you valet park at Signature, your car will be taken to an underground parking garage. It will not be parked in a surface lot out in the sun. Unfortuanately, the Signature doesn't have a free self-parking garage. So customers who want to avoid that service are welcome to park in the MGM Grand's sprawling parking garage, and then walk over to the Signature.

I believe the cars are taken underground. Our vehicle was never hot when delivered to us. And I doubt that the cars were at MGM Grand since it was only a matter of minutes before the valet appeared with our car.

You can park in the garage and walk over but it's a bit of a walk through the casino. Valet parks the car at the Signature underneath in a separate enclosed parking garage.

Answer:
The Signature has its own parking garage, but it is valet parking only. Guests simply drop their car off with a valet at the entrance to the hotel and check in with a valet at the entrance when the car is wanted. My husband and I found the valet service to be fast and far more pleasant than parking in hotel parking garages ourselves.

Luggage drop-off?

I do not travel very often so I don't know how the check-in process will go. My flight gets in at 11:40am on a Monday. I have arranged shuttle service from the airport to the Strip. Can I go to the Signature and check in and leave my luggage there, even if it's not official check-in time yet? Likewise, on Friday, I assume check-out is at 11am, but my flight home isn't until 4pm. Can I leave my luggage at The Signature until I go to the airport?

Answer:
We arrived early, but as rooms were made up they were happy to check us in. A good tip - you can check in at the airport...at the far end of the baggage collection hall, near carousel 1. We did this while waiting for our luggage, so saved a few minutes - were given room keys there and able to go straight up, once our taxi dropped us off. Make sure you tell taxi which tower you are in!
Likewise, we weren't flying out til late, so you can leave your luggage and go out for the day - no hassles!

Answer:
I did not fly in since I live in Arizona, but when I arrived at the guard booth they check for your name and give you a parking pass. They will then tell you which tower you are supposed to go to and how to get there (very nice gated entry area) when you pull up to your building there will be valet there that will take your bags in for you and have them put in your room.

As far as the leaving question, I did not leave at check out either. So I went to the front desk to ask this same question. They informed me to talk to the valet and let them know you checked out, but are not leaving right away so they will take your bags and tag them with your name. They hold them in a secure room as well. You could also pay a small fee (can't remember how much) for a late check out if you would like.

I hope this helps! I was extremely happy with my stay and the hotel.

Answer:
Even though I did not utilize their offer, but I was allowed early check in. I think we arrived just before 1pm when normal check in time is 3pm. At that time, they offered to hold my bags while I run around town until check in time. As mentioned, I did not have to use that because they found a room ready for me. You will not be disappointed in the level of customer service you will receive. The valet took our bags from the taxi, tagged them and then delivered them to our room so that we did not have to carry them. We used the kitchen and went grocery shopping, and they even took our grocery bags to the room. Excellent, top notch service.

Answer:
I can't answer the part about leaving luggage at the hotel if you get there before check-in time (we traveled with just a small backpack each), but the Signature does have a check-in desk in Terminal 1. We checked in, got our room keys, and were able to go direct to the room when we arrived at the hotel. If you're allowed to check-in at the airport like we did, my assumption is that by the time you got to your room, you'd be able to leave your luggage in the room rather than at the desk. It's worth a phone call before you go. Have fun!

Answer:
There is valet parking at the Signature. There is no charge, but you are expected to tip. If you don't use the valet parking at the Signature, you can use the self parking garage at the MGM Grand, but it is a bit of a walk. Fine if you are in shape, but if anyone in your party uses a cane or you are carrying luggage, you will probably want to valet. The valet can get busy on weekends and holidays.

The rooms have flat-screen televisions. Size varies by room, I believe the smallest is 27 or 32 inches

The valet parking is free. I rented a car while I was there. I usually tipped the valet when they brought out the car, but the service itself is free. We stayed in the one bedroom deluxe suite. There was a TV in the living room, a hidden TV in the bedroom and a small TV in the bathroom. I believe the TV's in the living room and bedroom are about a 42" flat screen LCD. I am not 100% sure, we never watched TV while there.

The valet is free and very convenient but please be prepared to tip whenever you request your vehicle, a few dollars is good but maybe 5 if they carry your luggage as you check out.

Also there are 2 tv's in the room. The main one is in the bedroom area. It's a flat screen and I think a 32in maybe bigger and the second is a small one mounted in the bathroom that can be viewed while getting ready at the sink or soaking in the tub.

There is no charge for Valet parking. Of course, you are encouraged to tip the attendants when they bring you your car. The rooms have very nice flat screen televisions. I'm not exactly sure what size it was, but it looked to be around a 37 inch. You don't have to worry about the accomodations....this is a "very nice" hotel. They even had a dvd player in our room that was connected to the t.v.

Answer:
Yes it charges $25 a night resort fee. Not sure what it was for as the pool was not available in our building when I got there. Since there were 3 buildings that wasn't an issue.

The resort fee is $25.00 per day. I think all hotels have to charge it. You don't receive anything extra for the fee There is no additional fee to use the pool, and yes, it's open year around. 9:00am-8:00pm

Answer:
No, the suites in The Signature at MGM Grand only come with one king-sized bed. There is a two-bedroom balcony suite, but both of its bedrooms also come with a single king-sized bed.

Answer:
We just stayed in a room with two queen beds. It was cozy and I was glad we only stayed one night. If we were needing two queen beds in the future at Signature we'd go with a one-room suite for more elbow room. But it was comfortable, spotless, and has the mini-kitchen.
