At The Signature at MGM Grand, guests stay in a relaxing, upscale retreat with complete access to the numerous amenities of the MGM Grand.

Located on a beautifully landscaped private property adjacent to the MGM Grand, The Signature is a secluded, elegant enclave just a few steps away from the Las Vegas Strip. Each of the three gleaming towers in this gated resort has its own exclusive valet, entrance, lobby and check-in as well as a full service 24-hour concierge.

A high level of service is noticeable from the minute a guest pulls up to any of the three towers, and lasts throughout their departure. The parking attendants are quick to offer bottled water while doormen welcome guests into one of three distinctively decorated lobbies with a smile.

The non-smoking boutique property offers a variety of luxurious one-bedroom, two-bedroom and junior suites, many with balconies that feature views of either the Strip or the surrounding mountains. Overall very pleased We loved our room and the quiet, off-strip location of the Signature. We didn't mind the 20 minute walk thru to the MGM and then out to the strip. However, we did find it easier and preferred to go out the back (where cars enter) and across to Planet Hollywood and/or the Strip. Great gym and found staff throughout the hotel (except the café) were pleasant and helpful. Main criticism is the ridiculous daily resort charge - just build it into the price and don't pretend we are getting anything for it, because a bottle of water and the newspaper (if you go looking for it) is nonsense. We also had a small issue with the deli café located in the Signature. Service was very slow and when we finally got to place our order, we were told, "we have run out of milk and aren't doing coffees...try Starbucks"!!!! The attendant was not at all apologetic and very rude in the way she knocked us back. Not good enough! Review forced me to rate casino and pool - there is no casino (good thing) and pool closed in winter, so disregard this aspect of review! January 12, 2013

Super Room Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite at Signature at MGM. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had a full kitchen including a stove & dishwasher. There was a Jacuzzi in main bathroom and even an extra shower in the guest bathroom. Nice view from the balcony. Stayed in tower 3 which was farthest from the casino so it was probably the quietest tower. Staff was friendly & helpful. I'd definitely stay there again. January 9, 2013

AWESOME HOTEL SUITE! This was the best hotel I've stayed in while in Vegas! The room was not a room. It was a suite! My husband and I were located in the first tower so it wasn't an issue taking the walkway to MGM Grand or going outside and walking straight to the strip. I was 5 months pregnant during this trip and the walking was not an issue at all to get to where we wanted to be (5-8 minutes to the strip and 10-15 minutes to MGM Grand). In my condition, I enjoyed being in a non-smoking facility and being able to easily avoid the smoking areas if needed. We did have a minor issue with the tv in the bedroom, but manintenance came right away and fixed the problem (loose wire). Room service was fast and housekeeping was thorough. The hotel was very quiet and we never saw anyone on our floor the entire stay. We didn't use the pool at all so I can't tell you about that. We will definitely stay at the Signature again. The rooms are awesome. We were very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay again. That said, the per night cost of $89.50 really ends up being about $125 after the $28 (not $25) resort fee and tax. So just a heads up about that. Even at $125 a night, it's more than worth it. Some small things that matter are a bath towel is really a bath towel - large and soft, there's a door bell and button to push if you want your room cleaned or don't want to be disturbed instead of the tacky sign you hang on the door knob. The lights in the room and bathroom all have dimmers. Beaultiful, high-end decor and appliances. You won't be disappointed. January 7, 2013

staff was great. The signature is a awesome place to stay in Vegas. My boyfriend and I stayed in the penthouse suite, it was amazing. The room service staff was especially great. It was my bday and my boyfriend surprise me with breakfast in bed, the staff have me a bday card and chocolate covered strawberries just because. I would definitely stay there again. The room was spacious and balcony with view of the strip We were greeted at the entry gate. Valet parking only. Check-in was pleasant. Quiet lobby not much traffic when we arrived. Hotel is located off the strip. The room was spacious with balcony over looking the strip. Carpet and upholstery was dirty. Spa tub had human hairs so I had to clean it. Full kitchen with everything but dirty utensils and coffee pot. No bed sheets for sofa bed so we had request for that. Distance to the main casino was bit of a walk but no complains, might be for elderly. Overall, we had a great time. January 7, 2013
