Check in took way too long.
At first sight of the room, it was nice, until you sit down to see vomit stains in the carpet right next to where you head will lie down at night.
Hairs in the room, yuck. Big Roaches everywhere!
Why bother with the 20 inch tv in the room when you need more mirrors and lights with a dimming feature. Afraid of the nasty smelling shower, the shower head leaked all the time.
They clearly do not fix nor clean the place. Let's not forget they do not use the cameras because we had to close the rear gets all the time to keep the homeless river people out - they were always in the hotel harassing us - the people who work there do not care.
When I asked for water I was redirected after being told it was free and told to pay per small bottle. Assured I am leaving something out...

I really liked it. Saw some bad reviews but you could tell they were people that were gonna complain anyways. The rooms were great. The bathtub had a couple chips in it and a pillow had a tear in the seam but what the heck do I care about that. Overall it was great

This is a really nice hotel if you are looking for a non-gaming, chic boutique hotel off-strip. Conveniently located across from Hard Rock Hotel so we didn't have to go far for gambling, good eats and clubbing. I highly recommend this hotel.

I gave the casino a poor rating, because I never saw one--not because it was bad. I don't think there was one. If there was, they did not do a great job of advertising it.
Conveniently located bar in the lobby--didn't have to go out of my way coming or going to my room to get a drink.
Close enough to the strip for access but not close enough so that you're bothered by the strip traffic, etc. Walking distance to LOTS of great restaurants and easy to get around the area.

The restaurant was not open for dinner when we wanted to eat. (8pm)
We got the room specifically with the soaking tub so we could soak.. but the tub was DISGUSTING. old, cracked, molded. did not even want to soak our feet in it. There is no coffee maker and no complimentary coffee. The customer service was awful. There were no glasses in the room, so I called to have some brought to the room and they brought plastic cups. They did not know where I would get any hot water. They only had one valet working on a Saturday and the hotel was hosting a wedding. It was a total cluster. That also meant no concierge for our luggage. Then I realized there was no need for valet because it's just one small parking lot, but I had already tipped him. On the other hand I liked that we could walk out our door to the pool. The pool was nice even there was no one there. Walking distance to a subway and hard rock because it was hard to tell if the restaurant was ever even open.

I was initially very disappointed. We checked into our room and it smelled like smoke. It was early so we decided to go get breakfast and hopefully the room would air out. When we came back I realized what the smell was, marijuana. I found marijuana remnants on a magazine. And then there was a stain on the pillow case. So not only did the room stink like smoke it was never really cleaned! I'm not normally a complainer and try to make due but the room was disgusting. I immediately called the front desk and spoke with Elizabeth. She was very kind and accommodating and found us another room. The new room was bigger, nicer, and much cleaner. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was disappointed again when we checked out. I paid $260, non-refundable, thinking that covered my room charges. However I didn't read the fine print I guess. I was charged an additional $50+ for resort fees and taxes. I wish these charges were included with original price. Overall, the place was nice with great potential. The only reasons I would stay here again is because of the staff (mainly Elizabeth) and if the price was right.

Overall, the hotel was just ok. The staff was friendly. Location was great. The main downside was the dingy room. It coulda been cleaned better.We had to request that they clean the tub. There were cigarette butts left on the balcony from previous room occupants. The remote controls in the room didnt have batteries.

Xtra Charges when you arrive. We Booked & paid in full in advance on vegas.com and then was charged extra at the resort for WIFI, Parking & Pool Access + TAX!!!! We didn't have a car and didn't use WIFI or the Pool but were still charged and had to pay it! WOW!
